The Raw Materials of Pulp Mould

The Raw Materials of Pulp Mould:

The raw materials for pulp mould are sugar cane bagasse, phragmites communis, straw pulp, bamboo pulp, and wood pulp, which are all natural fibers. Among them, the sugar cane bagasse and phragmites communis are major materials. Furthermore, small amount of wood pulp and additives of waterproof, greaseproof, and moist strengthen were added while making particular product. Waste paper pulp or other recycle materials can be directly used to produce industrial packing products.

Sugar cane bagasse:
Sugar cane bagasse is the by-product of sugar industry, and it is the residue after the sugar canes having been chopped and extracted. The only being collected part is its stem, so called pith. It produces one million tone of bagasse every year, 40% of the amount has been used as industrial materials and 60% of the amount has been used as fuel.
Because of having rich fibrous cellulose, bagasse is ideal of making sugar cane pulp. Now, the chemical mechanical sugar cane pulp is developed, and suitable for substituting imported virgin pulp.

Phragmites communis:
Reed is a high yield wild plant and spreads widely in nature. In the pass, every autumn farmers burned wild reed preparing the following year fertilizer, also spared more space for preferred agriculture crops. This behavior caused severe air pollution and wasted natural resources. Now we have a perfect solution by means of reuse natural reed, Phragmites communis, as wood pulp tableware substitute materials. This also enhances economical value.

Pulp:
Pulp is a fibrous material, which is made and followed the steps of washing, picking-up, and bleaching. The long fibrous pulp is that botanic fiber with 2.4 mm in length. Normally, it consumes more energy to produce. But, because of its well physical property and rich fibrous cellulose, the long fibrous pulp is usually to make more characteristic paper.
Conifers, the superior quality long fibrous wood pulp need, are planted in the high latitude regions. Therefore, the Sweden, Norway, Finland, U.S.A. and Canada are the major countries of pulp production, and it counts 60% of that of world. They form an organization called Norscan, and hold the absolute power of influence to pulp market.

Bamboo Pulp:
During the ancient time, Chinese used bamboo pulp to make paper. In China, India, Pakistan, and Myanmar bamboo pulp produced abundantly. It is the key material for making paper in India and Pakistan. The products are similar to Spain straw pulp. They are longer than southernwood fiber, and more elastic and opacity.

Paper pulp mode is consists of many elements that can be adjusted according to special recipe requests.
